We gladly accept purchase orders from qualified institutions. They must be signed, and include a contact name, street address, phone number and be printed on official letterhead.

Please include shipping and handling costs: $5 for standard ground deliveries in the Continental U.S.
Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the continental U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via parcel post and may require a longer delivery time. If you require a faster or overnight delivery we can accommodate you for an additional charge. Shipping charges for orders to Canada are $25.00 and customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional brokerages fees associated with the orders.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Within continental U.S. (to each delivery address)
- Standard Delivery: $5 for standard ground deliveries in the Continental U.S.
- Second Day Delivery: 20% S&H on all orders in the Continental U.S. (min. $19.95).
Not guaranteed to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. - Next Day Delivery: 25% S&H on all orders in the Continental U.S. (min. $29.95).
Orders must be placed before 1 PM EST Mon-Fri to ship the same day.

Returns
All returns require prior authorization. Customers must label the outside of the package with the Return Authorization Number provided by customer service and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Customers should return the package so that it is insured and traceable via UPS, Fedex Ground, or US Mail Prepaid. Product must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns must be received within 30 days from date of the invoice.
